I signed up at The Gaming Club Casino through a banner that stated a 100% match on first deposit. THE BONUS NEVER HAPPENED!!
Customer service informed me that they were not running a 100%match bonus, and that they would appreciate it if I could send then the URL of any of these banners.
So, I went on the internet, hunted down these banners' URL and sent them as asked.
The Gaming Club Casino proceeded to tell me that they were from last year, and that they would not honor them.
After my email requests of some sort of compensation were ignored, I thought I would call customer service directly.
I got the same answer. They would not honor any bonus, except the FREE $25.00 , which I could have gotten without depositing.
He didn't seem to mind at all when I said that I would make my experience known to many other online gamers.
SO WATCH OUT FOR THE GAMING CLUB/ (BELLEROCKGAMING). They used to be awesome with gaming and customer service, NOWnot so much.
$50 is a lot of money for me. That's why I try to stretch it through bonuses.
